Anonymous sources have told Bloomberg that Microsoft is pulling out all the stops to get HTC to load Windows Phone on some Android handsets. In fact, the insiders say Microsoft is willing to reduce greatly or even eliminate its licensing fees in order to get its platform installed as a second option on Android smartphones.
