JetBrains Rider Offers an Alternative to Visual Studio

Rider, JetBrain's new integrated development environment (IDE), is now generally available for Windows, MacOS and Linux systems. As an alternative to Microsoft's Visual Studio IDE, Rider supports many Microsoft development languages and tools, including ASP.Net, .Net Core, .Net Framework, Xamarin, Unity, C#, VB.Net, F#, JavaScript, and TypeScript.

Key features of Rider include live code inspection, automated quick fixes, refactoring, and a unit tester.
